What Personal Data are Collected, and Why
Email sign up
When the user signs up to our email list, the following data are stored: name, country, and email address. These data enable us to inform the user of new book releases, events, and ways to participate in the Groundwater Project.

Download of books
When a user downloads a book, we store the title of the book, the date of download, and the IP address of the user’s device. These data help us in planning future book projects.

We do not share user data with anyone.
How Long User Data is Retained
Information provided by the user when signing up to the email list remains in the website’s database indefinitely, or until the user unsubscribes from the email list.
Rights the User has over Entered Data
The user can request to receive an exported file of the personal data retained by the GW-Project. The user can also erase all personal data by unsubscribing from the email list by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of an email sent from the email list.
